What are credits and how are they used?
Credits power AI generations on XXXCut. Each image or video generation uses credits based on the selected model and quality. A paid membership grants all included credits when payment succeeds, and they remain until used.
* For plans with unlimited images: 300 eligible images per 30 days, then credits apply. Excludes pipeline generations.
Can I cancel anytime?
No cancellation is needed. Every new payment is one-time and does not renew automatically. Your plan ends when the period you paid for is over, and nothing is charged again.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits granted by a paid membership remain in your balance until used. They are not reset or replenished automatically.
What does "uncensored model" mean?
Uncensored models generate adult and explicit content without the standard safety filters. Access is gated behind Premium/Deluxe tiers and requires age verification (18+). All content remains private by default on paid plans.
Are refunds available?
We understand that every purchase is a matter of trust. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Membership benefits and credits are delivered in full and available immediately when payment succeeds; each generation then creates real third-party model and compute costs. This policy also keeps the service fair by preventing digital benefits from being used and later reversed. Please use the free credits, previews, and examples to decide whether the service fits your needs before buying. If you were charged twice, charged in error, or charged without authorization, contact [email protected] and we will review it carefully and handle any remedy required by applicable law.
